Eating Problems


An eating disorder is a problem with how we think about food and displays itself in craving for or avoidance of food. 

Anyone can develop an eating disorder, regardless of age, sex, cultural or racial background.

The two most common types of eating disorder are:

Anorexia nervosa - starving the body to an unhealthy weight.
Bullemia nervosa - binge eating then induced vomiting eating, or taking pills to prevent weight gain.
